Access to this website is only authorised to companies who have registered with Mark Salter Limited and paid a fee to use this service. A fee is charged to cover administration costs and to ensure that only bona fide companies can utilise this service. The fee should easily be recouped with the first few sales that you make. Should any sales be made through this site with payment, no goods will be dispatched untill the registration fee has been received. By purchasing from this site you are deemed to have read and fully understand the terms.
Any monies received that are to be returned due to no registration fee being recieved will be subject to a 25% handling charge!
PAYMENT
All transactions are undertaken by PayPal ~ the secure payment company that is owned by the eBay group of companies. This payment method is the only form of payment that we accept.
Orders can be placed via e-mail (once registration has been paid) and we will issue a pro-forma invoice that will need to be paid before items are dispatched. Pro-Forma invoices will be e-mailed.
CREDIT
No credit facilities are available until trading between the two companies is established.
POSTAGE
We are an internet company, and as such, need to charge postage on all sales. We try to keep our costs as reasonable as possible, but please remember that in addition to the actual postage charge, all other items are not provided to us for free. Bubble wrap, papers, craft paper, envelopes, packaging boxes, travel etc.
We always ship using a "signed for" service. This protects everybody ~ us and you!
Any losses by Royal Mail will not be the responsibility of Mark Salter Limited and will need to be taken up by yourselves ~ a tracking number will be provided.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If for whatever reason an order is received and an item is out of stock ~ the money will be returned via paypal asap 100% ~ a deduction of 25% is only applied if someone wastes time by ordering without paying the registration fee!
